Visyo processes account information, uploaded media, prompts, generated results, payment records, and technical information needed to provide and secure the service.
Uploaded media and prompts are used to perform the requested generation, provide account history, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. Payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored in full by Visyo.
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Temporary generation files and provider links may expire sooner.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary for security and payment reconciliation.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the product and applicable requirements change.
